How are my programs different ?

  • My courses are structured, comprehensive, and step-by-step guides on a specific topic.

  • My trainings are taught in a much more informal and conversational style, You'll be able to make gradual changes or as I like to call them adjustments to your normal life and routine.

We can't create many new habits all at once - research show it doesn't work. So by making gradual adjustments or simple changes you'[ll find that these will be things you will enjoy doing forever!

  • In terms of delivery, here’s what you can expect:

You'll be able to receive a 3-5 minute video each day of the training - so if it's a 5 day, each morning you'll have access to 1 new video. I'll also be holding some Q&As in our private Facebook group - so you'll want to make sure you have joined it too.


The videos will remain in the section for at least 3 - 4 weeks - maybe longer if requested.
